To expand our team, we are looking for maternity nurses to join us. We are a maternity agency that continuously strives for good care but is also involved with our maternity nurses. Work should be fun but private life is more important! A good balance (regaining) between these is crucial to be able to continue this beautiful profession. That is why we like to look at each maternity nurse to see what she needs to be able to (continue to) do her job well. For example:

• A customized schedule;
• Working shorter days in a row than the often heard 8 days;
• Duo partner and therefore running your family together with 1 permanent colleague;
• Or maybe you have an idea of ​​how you want to work? (working from home is unfortunately not an option 😉)

We are also beginners in this because the aim within maternity care is often: “1 permanent maternity nurse per family” but we think it is time for change to keep this unique professional group alive. But if you are someone who wants to finish her “own families”, then that is of course also possible!

What will you do?

You will support the new families during one of the most special moments in their lives. Good maternity care makes the difference! You are responsible for the care and guidance of the mother and baby, you offer help with (breast)feeding, you provide information and instruction, offer support where necessary and you ensure that the families have an unforgettable maternity week!

What do we ask?

• A diploma as a maternity nurse or Nursing IG level 3 (Preferably with differentiation maternity care, if you do not have this, you can also respond and we will gladly offer you a shortened training);
• A driver’s license and access to a car;
• You recognize yourself in our core values: Social, enthusiastic, enterprising, independent and passionate;
• You are also representative, have good communication skills and you give that little bit extra;
